Refund and Return Policy

When you place an order with Fractal Nomad, each product is made-to-order with care and attention to detail by one of our production partners. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that the order execution or order contents (products, shipping method, delivery and return addresses) cannot be further modified unless we are contacted by email within 24 hours of order placement. Because of this custom production process, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds after the order has been sent to production. Please carefully review our sizing chart before placing your order.  If the shipment details are incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or quantity, Fractal Nomad can not be held responsible. 

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives in an unexpected condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos and a description of the issue so we can evaluate the situation. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.

Sizing Issues: We cannot offer exchanges or replacements for incorrect sizing. Please double-check our sizing charts and product descriptions to ensure a perfect fit before ordering.
